VeeiQ ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Ludo Mela mobile application (the "Game"). This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you play our Game.

1. Information Collection and Use

Ludo Mela is designed as an offline-first experience. You are not required to create an online account or log in to play the Game. Any player profile information you provide is stored locally on your device.

• Local Game Data: Your match statistics, game progress, and settings are saved locally on your device storage. We do not upload this data to VeeiQ servers. Local game saves, statistics, settings, and player profile data remain on the device.
• In-App Purchases: Ludo Mela offers optional one-time digital purchases, including Remove Ads, additional pawns, dice, avatar frames, and an Ultimate Bundle. Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. VeeiQ does not receive or store your credit card, debit card, bank account, or other payment credentials. We may receive purchase/entitlement information from Google Play necessary to provide the purchased content.
• No Real-Money Gaming: Ludo Mela does not involve real-money gaming, wagering, betting, or cash prizes. The Game offers optional digital purchases through Google Play Billing, such as removing display ads and unlocking additional cosmetic content. Payment details are processed by Google Play and are not collected or stored by VeeiQ.

2. Third-Party Services, Advertising, Analytics and Diagnostics

Ludo Mela uses third-party services to provide advertising, measure application usage, and help diagnose technical problems. These services include Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics.

• Advertising: Google AdMob may collect and process information such as IP address, advertising/device identifiers, device information, diagnostic information, and interactions with advertisements for advertising, analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes. IP address may be used to estimate general location.
• Analytics: Firebase Analytics may collect information about how the Game is used, such as application interactions and technical information. Ludo Mela sends limited events such as match starts, match completions, advertisement events, and in-app purchase interaction events. These events use non-personal technical values such as game mode, difficulty, ad placement, or product identifier. We do not send your player name, avatar, local game profile, match history, or locally stored game data to VeeiQ servers through these analytics events.
• Crash Diagnostics: Firebase Crashlytics may collect crash reports, stack traces, relevant application state, device metadata, and installation identifiers to diagnose and improve application stability.

These third-party services may process information on VeeiQ's behalf according to their respective policies and applicable privacy requirements. VeeiQ does not upload your locally stored game saves, statistics, or player profile to its own servers.

3. Required Permissions

The Game may use the following Android permissions and capabilities:

• Internet Access: Necessary to load advertisements, send analytics events, and transmit crash and diagnostic information to the relevant third-party services.
• Vibration / Haptics: Used to provide tactile feedback during gameplay.

4. Children's Privacy

Ludo Mela is intended for users aged 13 and older. The Game is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

5. Data Protection Rights

Depending on your location (e.g., under GDPR or CCPA), you may have the following rights:

• Right to Delete: Uninstalling the Game will delete the local statistics and preferences saved on your device.
• Right to Opt-Out: You can manage ad personalization settings (and opt out of personalized ads) through your Android device's Google settings (Settings > Google > Ads).

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
