This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which VeeiQ protects and respects your privacy when using the Fidget & Relax mobile application for Android. By installing and using this application, you agree to the transparent practices outlined below.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

Because Fidget & Relax operates locally on your device, we do not gather personal identifiers (no names, emails, phone numbers, or accounts), location data (no GPS or network location), device identifiers (no IMEI, Android ID, MAC address, or AAID advertising ID), biometric data (no camera or fingerprint access), or browsing and interaction tracking outside or within the app.

3. Android Permissions & Local Hardware Use

To provide responsive physical simulations, audio harmonics, and media export, Fidget & Relax accesses only standard hardware features locally: Vibrator & Haptic Feedback (VIBRATE) for micro-haptic clicks in device memory; Foreground Media Service (FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PLAYBACK) to play ambient soundscapes with screen locked; Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS) solely to show standard playback controls; and Local Photo Saving (MediaStore.Images) when you explicitly save a simulation snapshot to your local Gallery.

4. In-App Purchases & Google Play Billing

Fidget & Relax offers an optional, one-time lifetime unlock ('VeeiQ Pro Lifetime Pass', SKU veeiq_pro_lifetime). All transactions are processed securely through Google Play Billing API. Google Play handles all payment details and VeeiQ never receives or stores your financial information. Purchase entitlements are verified cryptographically on your device.

5. Third-Party Services & Advertisements

Fidget & Relax is committed to an unpolluted, tranquil environment: Zero In-App Advertising (no Google AdMob, Unity Ads, AppLovin, banner ads, or interstitials) and Zero Analytics Trackers (no Firebase Analytics, Facebook SDK, or behavioral telemetry tools).

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA & Family Policy Compliance)

Fidget & Relax complies fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play Families Policy. Since the application does not collect, retain, or disclose any personal information from any user, it is entirely safe for users of all ages, including children under 13.

7. Data Security & Storage

All user preferences (volume slider levels, selected color palettes, and pro entitlement flags) are stored strictly on your local device using Android's sandboxed storage (SharedPreferences). Uninstalling the application completely removes all locally stored app preference data.

8. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA / CPRA)

Under regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, individuals have rights regarding access, deletion, and portability of personal data. Because VeeiQ collects and stores zero personal data on any server, there is no personal data to access, delete, or sell.
